What we do
Primus Solicitors is a firm of immigration solicitors. We prepare and submit applications, challenge refusals, run appeals and judicial reviews, act in deportation and detention cases, and represent people claiming asylum. We also take on family law, employment law, personal injury and landlord and tenant work.
Every case is run by a qualified solicitor, not passed to an unqualified caseworker. The firm is authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and holds a legal aid contract for immigration and asylum work.
